In the rare instance that your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, including bespoke orders, please reach out to us within 48 hours or before signing off, especially in the case of damaged furniture, via email. We kindly request you to send photographs of the damage along with a brief description to info@homestoryonly.com. Please be aware that without the correct information and images, we will be unable to assess the items for you.

The Home Story customer service team is ready to facilitate the collection and return of any damaged or faulty goods. Upon receiving the product, a thorough inspection will be conducted, and a replacement will be arranged at our expense. Your satisfaction is our priority.
