All orders over 5,000 Euro include free shipping. Free curbside delivery service means that your items will be delivered on the sidewalk or the end of your driveway. For any orders below 5,000 Euro, a shipping fee of 10% of the total is automatically added at the check-out.

In the product description of every item you can find the approximate delivery time, which varies based on the item and brand. In case of products not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail when your desired items will be available. If we do not have a response from you within 24 hours after the notification message is sent, we acknowledge that you wish to proceed with your order.

How do I know when my order is shipped?
Once you place your order with us, we’ll provide you with the necessary tracking information. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Out of stock or special made-to-order items usually ship from our distribution center within 4 to 12 weeks.

Do I need to check the goods upon delivery?
Upon receipt of the goods, please note that it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults, damage or shortages and record any problems on the delivery receipt. If the item is badly damaged, refuse it, take pictures and contact us immediately. Any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt of goods by emailing [email protected].

Due to prolonged shipping times (10 – 12 weeks ), we offer our customers a divided payment solution. An initial payment of 50% is required upon purchasing.The remainder of the balance is due when your order is ready to ship – a Home Story interiors representative will contact you when this is due. As Eichholtz has almost all of its products in stock and is able to ship immediately, you are required to pay the full amount at check-out. Upon receiving your payment, your items will be shipped and will arrive at your address within two weeks.
Part of my order is missing
At times we don’t send out a complete order since different items purchased may arrive at our warehouse at different times. Please check your delivery note to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn’t, please contact our Customer Services team at [email protected].
What if I have received an incorrect item?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team and we will organize a free collection service to pick the item up from you. If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
Yes, in order to offer the best possible price for our goods our prices are based on the complete order been delivered at the same time. We can part ship orders, however this may be subject to an extra delivery charge.
Can I change my delivery address?
It is possible to change the delivery address as long as your goods have not already been shipped.
